Recent Work and Fun in Miami 2009 A business trip to Miami, a visit to Boca, beaches, restaurants, sun, surf, palm trees, and did I mention the beach? 2009 Lithuania Pirma Savaite - First Week Some of the pictures of the first week. Some airport pictures, and Vilnius' old town. And at the end of the week, a day trip to Latvia. Antra Savaite - Second Week We're in Silute now, and we're starting with a couple pictures of the city, and our little bowling game. And after Silute, there's our road trip to Kaunas. Šiauliai and Riga On the weekend of the second week, we drove to Šiauliai to visit Živile's uncle's family. And, we took a day trip to Riga from there. Trečia Savaite - Third Week Our third week started with Živile and I taking the little red car and driving around western Lithuania. It ended with Easter. The trip home - Copenhagen The trip home found us with a fortunate 8 hour layover in Copenhagen. We decided to hop the train into the city and explore for a few hours. Springtime in Boston A business trip plus some playing around in Beantown added up to a very fun weekend. 2008 USA - Lithuania - Ireland We went back to Lithuania for our sorta-annual 3 week trip. This time we spent a few days in Ireland as well. 2007 Mad Weekend In New Orleans Russell and Leisel got married in Septemer 2007 in New Orleans. That was a great reason to get down to New Orleans to have some fun. Miami Živilė's gift to me for my birthday, Septemer 2007. Very good trip, with the beach in Boca, and South Beach in Miami, and Star Island in Miami. And a birthday party at Roger and Lizz's place! 2006 Lithuania Trip 2006 Christmas and New Year holidays in Lithuania. We spent Xmas in Šilutė and New Years in Šiauliai. Also, there's a train trip from Vilnius to Klaipeda. Fun! San Francisco We were there in July of 2006. Chinatown, cable cars, museums and the Golden Gate Bridge. 2005 Lithuania Trip 2005 This is our first trip back to Lithuania after Živilė got here in the summer of 2004. Highlights include our Lithuanian Wedding, a trip to the dunes and to Witch's Hill on the Curorian spit. Also a trip to Uncle Arvydas' place in Šiauliai, including pictures of the Hill of Crosses.
